Startup package 1 - $2995 + GST - Logo, website, letterhead & business cards  (more details)
This package includes an initial meeting, design of your logo, letterhead, business cards and of course, your website.

As a guide a site will be 5-8 pages of 'average' content and can incorporate Flash animation, html or a mix of both.

Startup package 2 - $3495 + GST - Logo, website (inc CMS), letterhead & business cards (more details)
This package includes an advanced content management system (Pegboard - which is built on asp.NET) for your website. This allows you, or anyone in your team, to add content, amend content and manage all aspects of your website through an easy to use web browser interface.

Your new site will have general content management, secure administration for team members and the ability to produce web forms (e-mail able enquiry forms on your site).

Due to your ability to edit and add content with this system the size of your finished site can vary greatly. Once our part of the process is complete you will have the site design and the basic structure in place ready to expand with more content or features.

What is a content management system?

A website consists of design elements and content elements. A content management system (or CMS for short) allows anyone with a web browser to add pages, change or add content, upload images and generally control the site.

That sounds good but is our site secure if it can be changed with a web browser?

Security is a major feature of the ASP.net language and the database that the system sits upon. Without the login and password, the site is as secure as it's possible to get on the web.

Using the secure users features, the system offers differing levels of access that allow certain staff members to access for example, the news items, the products section or both. You have the option to choose any variations access for different people or departments.

Marketing can change and add to the news, IT can access the support pages and so on.

If Bluesky builds our site are we stuck with you guys forever?

The beauty of using the Pegboard CMS is that the main system is not custom coded per client despite it's enormous flexibility. It's just about the only way for you to have a site built that gives you options in the future should you wish to go elsewhere.

We would rather keep you as a client due to our quality of service and design rather than tying you into a custom coded solution that only we can work on.

I hear terms like ASP.net, SQL server etc. How much tech do I need to know to use the system?

These hi end software tools allow us to do some very clever things but, aside from knowing that your site is built on a solid, secure platform, you need not concern yourself at all with anything remotely technical.

If you have ever used Word or any other word processor then you will feel right at home using the CMS. Most training sessions on the CMS takes less than 2 hours at it is very intuitive.
